Chicken breast,again.
Chicken breast is the default dinner in a lot of houses, and the one everyone is a little tired of. Here are easy ways to make it different tonight.
Get early accessKeep it from drying out
Most dry chicken is overcooked chicken. Take it off the heat at 165°F on a thermometer and let it rest for five minutes before you cut it.
Thick breasts cook unevenly, so slice them in half sideways or pound them flat first. Thin pieces cook fast, so start checking after a few minutes a side.
